I am a post grad, currently navigating my way through a call to life-long ministry. At the moment, I am not sure how that is going to look long term, but whatever it is, I am focused on following God and going wherever He tells me to go. The most important thing to know about me is that I love the Lord and want to pursue Him in everything I do. I realize this sounds a bit crazy and unconventional, but I believe with all my heart that God is calling me to just that-- a life that may be unknown and uncomfortable, but worth more than anything this world can offer. I do not take that lightly and am serious about surrendering my life for our creator.

Now for the reason I created this website. Before graduating from Samford University in May, I stumbled upon an organization called Youth with A Mission (YWAM) and was immediately intrigued. After a lot of prayer for God’s guidance, I applied to do their Discipleship Training School (DTS), was accepted, and am currently living at the YWAM base in Sunshine Coast, Australia, where I am completing the first phase of the program.  To sum it up, a DTS is a fancy way of describing a time of training in a number of areas to develop a life-sustaining relationship with God. There are two phases: lecture and outreach. The lecture phase is a 3 month period when the learning happens as we hear from missionaries from around the world. The outreach phase is a 2 month period where we are sent out into the world to live out what we have learned. Lastly, just as a heads up, I am in no way a blogger so prepare yourself for some very amateur content. This is just my way of updating my supporters and anyone interested in following me on my journey through this crazy adventure. I also want to take this time to express how incredibly grateful I am for anyone who has supported me in any way, whether financially or in prayer. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am and would not be able to do this without you.
